A two-day summit reads like a city: arrivals, thoroughfares, districts, and moments of quiet. We built the set as an amphitheatre with a 40-metre LED surface that functioned as set, screen and signage.
Mornings were engineered for energy — openers, movement, short talks. Afternoons were deliberately slower, punctuated by side stages and one-on-one spaces embedded within the exhibition.
The closing plenary was staged as a single uninterrupted ninety-minute sequence, built on a musical score that the speakers rehearsed against.
Delegates remembered the pace as much as the content. That is the point of production.
