A three-day commission across a private coastline: a welcome dinner in the dunes, a day of structured nothing (the hardest thing to design), and a closing evening built on a natural cliff stage.
Destination work is translation — the brief travels, the place answers. Our job is to hear both.
Logistics were invisible by design: 250 guests, three venues, one production crew, zero visible friction.
The cliff stage had no grid and no truss. We rigged entirely off natural landmarks, which forced the lighting design to be honest: there was nowhere to hide a fixture that wasn't doing its job.
